About the Young Professionals Association

All Junior Members at the Petroleum Club of Houston are automatically enrolled in the Young Professionals Association (YPA).  You must be a Junior member of the Club to participate in the YPA.  Junior membership is available for applicants under 40 years old.

The YPA hosts networking and educational events such as the following:

• Executive Roundtables - The YPA invites an Active member of the Club or influential Houstonian to speak to the Junior members. This small, private lunch provides members with an opportunity to participate in a roundtable discussion with some of the most successful business men and women in the city

• Game Night - The second Thursday of every month the YPA gets together for Game Night. Enjoy Texas Hold Em Poker with your fellow Club members

• Happy Hours - Every Thursday the Junior members gather for a YPA happy hour in the President’s Bar. The Club offers drink specials and dinner from our bar menu

• Cigar Night - This annual event features the finest cigars, great food, an open bar and a silent auction and raffle

• Beer Dinner Series – Beers from around the world are selected and expertly paired with Chef Manuel’s cuisine
